All orders are shipped within 7 business days after the payment. To request express shipping or an alternative carrier, state this in the order notes before the checkout, and get in touch with us to arrange.
Each piece is individually handcrafted and gold-plated, making it truly one-of-a-kind. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged due to a production fault (e.g. loose stones), not caused by shipping or customer handling.
